HELSINKI -- Movial, the company that inspires rich, intuitive Internet experiences, today announced it will demo its Internet Experience Suite's (Movial IXS) Advanced User Interface with the Texas Instruments Incorporated (TI) OMAP(TM) 3 platform in LiMo's booth at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona (B135, Hall 8). Movial IXS is a next generation software solution that uses open technologies in rich Internet applications and 3D graphics acceleration. With Movial IXS, Web developers and designers can create eye-popping user interfaces that exploit the latest Smartphone, mobile Internet device (MID) and netbook form factors to provide new, value-added and differentiated services and superior user experiences.

Mobile World Congress attendees will get a first-hand look at how the latest, most advanced UI effects have been realized on a Linux-based mobile device. The demo presents a home screen with live 3D background graphics, 3D UI transitions in application launching, fast PDF reader with zooming UI as well as smooth panning and rotating of PDF pages. The demo supports automatic UI orientation to landscape and portrait displays in Web based applications and presents a touch screen UI suitable for Smartphones, MIDs, netbooks and other mobile devices.
