Mexens Gets Location Patent

Maker of Navizon receives patent for wireless positioning system

NEW YORK -- Mexens Technology, the maker of the Navizon software, today announced that it has received a patent from the US Patent and Trademark Office for its "System and Method for Enabling Continuous Geographic Location Estimation for Wireless Computing Devices" (US Patent No. 7397424).

"We are delighted that the Patent Office recognized the innovative nature of our system combining GPS and Wireless positioning technologies at the core of the Navizon system," declared Cyril Houri, founder and CEO of Mexens Technology.
