magicJack stock to split two-for-one on Dec. 12

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. and NETANYA, Israel -- magicJack VocalTec, Ltd. (Nasdaq:CALL), the Voice Experts that invented voice over IP (VoIP) and sold over eight million magicJacks(R), announced today that its Board of Directors has approved a two-for-one stock split to be paid in the form of a 100 percent stock dividend on December 1, 2011, to stockholders of record as of December 12, 2011.

In commenting on the Board's decision, Dan Borislow, CEO and a director of the company, stated: "This declaration reflects our board's confidence in our ability to drive long-term value to our shareholders and recognizes our company's strong performance. The decision to declare a 100 percent stock dividend will allow us to maintain a market price for our stock that is affordable and accessible to a wider range of investors and to increase our overall shareholder base and liquidity in our stock."
