A 25dBm version of this optical amplifier will be demonstrated at OFC 2002.HPFA Series amplifiers are enabled by Keopsys’ innovative VSP™ technology (V-groove Side Pumping). The VSP technology allows a very efficient coupling of high power diodes without the use of a WDM or bundle into a wide variety of doped fibers. The amplifiers are offered with a gain flatness of less than 1dB while employing TeraXion’s high performance gain flattening filters.
