ITF Acquires Resonance Assets

MONTREAL -- ITF Optical Technologies Inc., a worldwide leading manufacturer and designer of advanced photonic processing solutions announced today that it will acquire certain business assets of Resonance Photonics (RPI), including equipment and access to intellectual property. The terms of the agreement are not disclosed.Resonance Photonics, located in Markham, Ontario is a privately-held company that specialize in advanced photonics components for use in next-generation fiber amplifier and laser modules. Product offering include a line of high performance multimode power combiners with applications in the industrial, medical, military, and telecommunications industries.
