WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif. -- Widening its opto-electronic market leadership, Inphi Corporation today debuted its 12.5 Gbps single-ended Mach Zehnder (MZ) drivers, the newest members of its comprehensive OC-192 SONET/SDH family of modulator drivers.
The newly launched 1310SZ, 1311SZ and 1312SZ support NRZ data rates up to 12.5 Gbps and deliver outstanding performance for equipment manufacturers depending on high-quality, cost-competitive transponder components. These high performance devices are intended for use in a wide range of applications such as metro, long haul and ultra haul network systems.
