PETACH TIKVA, Israel -- Inovia Telecoms, an ECI Telecom company (NASDAQ:ECIL - News) and a world leader in the Multi-Service Access Gateway (MSAG) and video over DSL market, and Sheer Networks, Inc., a leading provider of service management solutions for large-scale Carrier Class Broadband Network Operations, today announced the signing of a joint cooperation agreement.According to the agreement, Inovia and Sheer Networks will begin co-marketing their flagship products - Inovia's Hi-FOCuS(TM) and Sheer Networks Sheer(TM)BOS - Broadband Operating Supervisor - in APAC, EMEA and North America. The two companies also agreed to identify potential joint installations and work together to complete sales, installation and support of these sites, to be used as reference sites by both companies.The agreement highlights the full interoperability between Sheer Networks' core platform, the Sheer(TM)BOS - Broadband Operating Supervisor and Inovia's Hi-FOCuS MSAG, which will enhance broadband service providers' ability to cost-effectively manage and scale their networks as they expand their service offerings using the Hi-FOCuS to provide a complete platform for Triple Play applications.
