NEW DELHI, India -- Tata Teleservices Limited (TTSL), India’s fastest growing pan India dual technology telecom service provider, and Huawei, a leader in providing next-generation telecommunications network solutions for operators around the world, today announced the signing of a contract to rollout TTSL’s 3G network in India.

TTSL, which recently acquired the spectrum for 9 circles for rolling out 3G services, has selected Huawei to implement a robust and rapid rollout in 5 circles, thus enabling the telecom operator to offer superior multi-media voice and data services, such as mobile streaming, video calls, mobile internet and other 3G services to its customers.

According to Mr. A. G. Rao, Chief Technology Officer & President - Enterprise Business, Tata Teleservices Limited, said: “The Company will provide superior 3G technology and services to all our esteemed consumers, and to this end, we are getting the latest LTE-ready technology from our technology partner, Huawei.”
