HSS Intros Interfaces

NEW DELHI -- Hughes Software Systems (HSS), specialists in convergent network software, today announced the launch of the ‘Industry First’ 3G Radio Network Controller and NodeB integrated interfaces (the Iu, Iur, Iub and Uu interfaces) built using its existing suite of RNC and NodeB source code solutions. All integrated interfaces and source code solutions from HSS have roadmaps to support 3rd Generation Partnership Project standards specifications as they evolve from Release 99 and Release 4 through till Release 5.These integrated interfaces and source code solutions are targeted at OEMs building 3G systems who want to reduce time-to-market, cut costs and improve interoperability by using market-proven stacks, while at the same time minimizing their overall 3G program risks.
