Greenwoods Expands

LONDON -- Greenwoods Communications, a provider of turnkey solutions and services to telecom network operators, has announced further investment in the fibre optics market with the expansion of its fibre facility in Birmingham. The custom-built facility was designed for the termination of fibre-optic connectors in 2000. Greenwoods has now introduced the latest equipment including interferometer, return and insertion loss testers, microscopes, cable strippers and polishers that will allow full production of terminated fibre 24 hours a day, with streamlined production processes providing quicker turnaround for customers.
