RICHMOND, British Columbia -- fSONA Communications Corp., a manufacturer of free space optical wireless systems, today announced the appointment of Praveen Gupta as chief financial officer and Michael Corcoran as vice president of marketing and sales. Both executives will report directly to Theresa Carbonneau, president and CEO of fSONA. Gupta will be responsible for every aspect of the company's administration and financial operations, including financing the business, formal financial reporting and corporate governance.
