Exclaim Mobility acquires Mobile Music streaming business of Didiom

PRINCETON, N.J. -- Exclaim Mobility, the leading provider of mobile photo sharing and socialization applications, today announced that it has acquired certain assets and businesses of Didiom LLC, an award-winning mobile media service provider offering the world's first hybrid service for place-shifting and streaming music from home computers to mobile phones. Through this acquisition, Exclaim Mobility will extend its Snap Platform and portfolio of consumer mobile applications beyond photos and video to enable consumers to stream, share and manage music and audio between consumer electronic devices.

This acquisition further advances Exclaim's position as the leading provider of applications and services for sharing photos, video and music across consumer electronic devices, social media communities, UGC portals, print retailers and more. Didiom's technology will be integrated into Exclaim's Snap Platform, and will be used to create the upcoming Snap Music service in the second quarter of 2011.
