ATLANTA -- itaas today announced that Chris Bowick has joined the itaas Advisory Board. In this role, Bowick will provide guidance on technology trends and ways to serve the needs of service providers as they transition from a TV centric, RF digital network to a multiscreen, multiplatform environment over an IP network.

Bowick is one the most respected technical leaders of the cable and telecommunications industries, having spent over 25 years in executive management roles for companies such as Cox Communications, Jones Intercable, and Scientific-Atlanta. He is a past recipient of the National Cable and Telecommunications Association’s (NCTA) highest honor, the Vanguard Award for Science and Technology.

“As we complete 12 years of service to this industry, itaas wants a broader set of eyes, ears, and minds advising us on new ways to provide innovative technical solutions to meet our customers’ challenges,” said Vibha Rustagi, chief executive officer and president, at itaas. “Chris has lived the day-to-day issues a service provider faces. His experience will be invaluable in our commitment to being a trusted partner to our customers.”
