AMSTERDAM -- Communications Product Development Inc. (CPDI) and Megisto Systems Inc., today announced that CPDI will be reselling the Megisto Mobile Services Delivery System (MSDS) as a part of the CPDI CALL CONTROL(R) prepaid platform. In response to growing operator demand for real-time prepaid data services, the reseller agreement establishes Megisto's MSDS as an integral component of the CPDI CALL CONTROL prepaid solution, and can be easily deployed by both new and existing CALL CONTROL customers.

"CPDI's CALL CONTROL system allows telecommunications companies to seamlessly offer prepaid and value-added services to their subscribers," said Robin Salem, CPDI's Vice President of Sales and Marketing. "The addition of the Megisto MSDS component allows CPDI to deliver comprehensive real-time prepaid and content-based charging capabilities within CALL CONTROL. This ensures operators do not experience revenue leakage in their data subscriber base, and helps them decrease customer churn through compelling service packages for their data subscribers."

"CPDI delivers a complete suite of prepaid solutions to operators in more than 30 countries," said Carol Politi, Vice President of Marketing, and Co-Founder of Megisto Systems. "The combined solution seamlessly integrates with existing prepaid intelligent networking environments and provides Megisto with a much broader market reach, including the ability to add value to existing CPDI prepaid customers."
