Corrigo and Printek have teamed together to provide mobile service workers with in-the-field printing for work order verification

WILSONVILLE, Ore. -- Corrigo, the leading provider of on-demand service management solutions, and PrintekMobile Group, Printek Inc., the leading provider of high quality mobile printing, have teamed together to provide mobile service workers with in-the-field printing for work order verification and signature capture.
Mobile service technicians using Corrigo’s wireless, web-based maintenance management software, PrintekMobile’s mobile thermal series of printers, and a Bluetooth-enabled wireless phone, BlackBerry, or PocketPC are able to print out work orders while in the field. This capability allows signature verification for completed jobs while providing printed details of the job, including notes and costs.
In mobile environments, field service technicians and field managers often receive requests for hard copies of work orders and invoices. With Corrigo, these requests are easily fulfilled using PrintekMobile’s rugged, durable mobile printers (MtP series/FieldPro series ) that can be mounted in a vehicle or hand-carried. The printer gives mobile workers high-speed printing with minimum use of battery life.
“Our customers want to be able to print invoices and work orders while controlling costs and simplifying ease of use in the field,” said Richard Michaux, President of Corrigo. “We partnered with PrintekMobile because of their reputation for providing a wireless printer solution that performs in demanding, mobile environments and offers unparalleled service and support.”
