(OTCBB:CBBD) announced today that it has signed an Internet Service Agreement to provide data and value-added services to Corning's joint venture, Chengdu CCS Optical Fibre Corporation, which is located in the Hi-Tech Development Zone in Chengdu, the capital of Sichuan Province. Chengdu CCS Optical Fibre Corporation, is a large optical fibre manufacturer and is a joint venture between Corning Incorporated USA and Chengdu Putian Cable Co. Ltd.
