PARIS -- Alcatel-Lucent (Euronext Paris and NYSE: ALU) today announced that it has been selected by PT. Solegra Nusa Perdana, an Indonesia-based entertainment and media company, to support the first-of-its-kind music and mobile game download service in Indonesia. Solegra plans to offer a digital storefront consisting of content from multiple major labels and local independent content creators to serve the more than 100 million mobile subscribers across Indonesia. This project demonstrates Alcatel-Lucent’s business expansion into non-traditional, potentially high-growth customers segments as part of it strategic transformation.

“With the Multimedia Content Manager we now have the tool to quickly and seamlessly aggregate, market and deliver virtually any sort of media or application to any device. With this platform that will help us cross-sell and up-sell our contents and services, we are now on track to break through our previous revenue to the next milestone,” said Oddy Sumarto, CEO of PT. Solegra Nusa Perdana. “With this solution, subscribers can purchase and consume the latest digital trends rapidly and on demand.”
