WOBURN, Mass. -- Integra5, the leader in ‘blending the bundle’ into new communications experiences that span multiple consumer devices, today announced that all-fiber optic network service provider Cinergy MetroNet has deployed Integra5’s Converged Services Platform (i5 CSP) to power the market-wide launch of i5’s TV Caller ID application. The service — which includes advanced subscriber personalization features — is part of Cinergy MetroNet’s strategy to deliver value-added services that drive customer loyalty and new revenues across its bundled offerings.

Based on a cutting-edge, fiber-to-the-premises network, Cinergy MetroNet provides feature-rich phone, high-speed Internet and cable television services, along with advanced features such as HD and DVR, to commercial and residential customers throughout the Midwest. Cinergy MetroNet is including the service — marketed as Caller ID on TV — as part of its high-value triple play bundle and is also offering it for a separate fee of $2.95 per month to subscribers of its dual play TV and phone services. By accessing a Network Address Book via Cinergy MetroNet’s customer Web portal, subscribers can organize contacts for Caller ID on TV notifications and customize them with photos and nicknames. Subscribers can also view a Call Log on TV — which shows the names, numbers, dates and times of recent calls — and manage call settings, such as turning the notifications on or off and specifying how long caller ID information remains on the TV screen.

“Our investment in an all-fiber optic network represents our commitment to providing an unparalleled user experience for our customers,” said Kevin Stelmach, vice president at Cinergy MetroNet. “Integra5’s Converged Services Platform allows us to consistently deliver on this commitment through advanced, value-added services that our subscribers can personalize and control — starting with Caller ID on TV today and offering the flexibility to meet our subscribers’ changing communications preferences with the addition of other new real-time communications services across TVs, PCs, and landline and mobile phones.”
