Broadspot Worldwide Wireless acquires Spokane, Wash. ISP Perpetual Engineering

LOS ANGELES -- Broadspot Worldwide Wireless, Inc. (OTC Pink Sheets: BWWW) announced today that the Company has acquired Perpetual Engineering, LLC, for an undisclosed amount of cash and stock. Perpetual is an Internet Service Provider operating primarily in the Eastern Washington Northern Idaho area.

The acquired ISP (Internet Service Provider) operations provide dialup, accelerated dial-up, DSL and Fixed Wireless Broadband Internet access to over 5,000 customers in the Inland Northwest market with annual revenues in excess of $800,000 and net profit (EBITDA) in excess of 15%.

BWWW is managed by IVI Communications. Nyhl Henson, CEO of IVIC stated, "We are pleased to announce the first acquisition by BWWW. The ISPs operated by Perpetual are strong performers and will provide Broadspot with an excellent foundation for rapid growth in this market. We expect to see significant expansion in the broadband component of these businesses this fiscal year."
