Boingo signs agreement with All Telecom to add the Allspot network to its roaming system in France and Belgium

SANTA MONICA, Calif. -- Boingo Wireless™ today announced it has signed a roaming agreement with All Telecom to add its ALLSPOT network of Wi-Fi hot spots in key hotels and restaurants throughout France and Belgium to the Boingo™ Roaming System.

All Telecom is focused on providing wired and wireless Internet connectivity to the hospitality industry in Western Europe. To date, the company has more than 150 hot spot locations in France and Belgium including several major hotel chains. The company will expand into Italy and Spain during 2004 and expects its network to grow to 1,500 locations by the end of 2004.

Boingo, the leading Wi-Fi network aggregator with more than 6,000 locations worldwide, and has been aggressively expanding its Boingo Roaming System in Europe, with more than 3,000 hot spot locations under contract in Belgium, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Germany, and the U.K.

The network is a key part of Boingo’s Platform Services offering, a turnkey Wi-Fi service for service providers that also includes award-winning client software and a complete suite of back-office billing, roaming, mediation and clearing house services. Current announced Platform Services partners include Telecom Italia, MCI, Infonet Services, EarthLink and Fiberlink.
