(www.bluesocket.com), the leader in open wireless security and management solutions, has partnered with Firewall Systems, a value-added distributor of security solutions, to distribute the company's full suite of Wireless LAN products. The new product set that Firewall Systems will be distributing is part of Bluesocket's strategy to bring trust and simplicity to increasingly complex wireless networks.

Firewall Systems will distribute Bluesocket's entire product line, including BlueSecure(TM) Controllers, as well as the new BlueSecure WLAN solutions that were launched earlier this year. The new products include access points that require zero-configuration and the industry's first centralized RF sensor. With this end-to-end WLAN product portfolio, Bluesocket offers Firewall Systems a complete WLAN solution for its solution provider customers.

The alliance will enable Bluesocket to leverage Firewall Systems' expertise in data security systems. "Security is the foremost concern for enterprises considering a wireless network, and as enterprises leverage applications like VoIP and video, the need to support these 'real-time' applications in a secure manner is critical,' said Ralph Calistri, CEO of Bluesocket.
