Aurora Networks supplies USA Media Group with optical transport equipment for use in a system upgrade in Truckee, Calif.

SANTA CLARA, Calif. -- Aurora Networks, a leading developer and manufacturer of advanced optical transport systems for broadband networks, announced today that it has supplied USA Media Group, LLC with optical transport equipment for use in a system upgrade in Truckee, Calif. USA Media Group was able to use the purchasing power of The National Cable Television Cooperative, a benefit extended to all NCTC members. Aurora Networks is the newest "Platinum Level" vendor to the NCTC.

The system includes the following equipment: Aurora's 1310 Analog Transmitter, NC4000 Segmentable Node, DT4010S digital transceivers, DR3002 dual digital return receivers, BP-3108 Digiplex, and CH3000 space-efficient rack mount chassis with PS3002 AC power supply.
