Former executive VP of Allied Signal Corp. joins Osicom Technologies board of directors

SANTA MONICA, Calif. -- Osicom Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq:FIBR - news), a leading developer of metropolitan optical networking systems, today announced the appointment of Phillip W. Arneson, former executive vice president of Allied-Signal Corporation, to its board of directors. Currently, Arneson is the executive vice president of Frandsen Corporation, which consists of over 20 banks and five manufacturing companies. As president of two of the operating companies, Arneson's role includes building and growing the enterprise through acquisitions, internal growth and strategic partnerships.
