Aicent announced that Mr. Kallen Chan has joined the company as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

SAN JOSE, Calif. -- Aicent, Inc., a leading provider of mobile data network services and solutions for global mobile operators, today announced that Mr. Kallen Chan has joined the company as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Kallen brings to Aicent more than 25 years of business finance and corporate strategy experience with a strong background in wireless, telecommunications and semiconductor companies.

His keen understanding of financial and international operations is essential as Aicent expands its business to the global market.”
Before joining Aicent, Kallen was CFO of Atrua Technologies, a wireless user input technology company. Prior to that, he led the financial operations of Healtheon, from its start-up phase through initial public offering and successful merger with WebMD. Before Healtheon, Kallen held CFO and senior financial management positions at various technology companies, including Cirrus Logic, Harmonic Lightwaves and Atrenta.
