Pull Factor
Great advice from Lorna to identify someone higher up in your organization for the "pull factor" i.e. to pull you up, speak up for you, and help propel your career forward. The discussion about "peaks and troughs" in your career was also helpful -- both can serve as good learning experiences and times to reflect and reconsider your career goals.
