Cable companies can INCREASE REVENUE By fixing their pricing tiers for broadband.  You get 1TB of data on Comcast for $49 or you can pay $99 for that same 1TB.  HOW DOES THAT MAKE SENSE...  So I buy the 1TB for $49.
