Building Better Telco Clouds

As telcos begin to build and scale next-generation 5G and MEC networks, new IT infrastructure manageability challenges are emerging.

Specifically, the geographically distributed, multi-vendor nature of telco networks requires a new approach for unifying and automating physical resource management. In response, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, in collaboration with an ecosystem of industry leading companies, has created a standards-based management framework aligned with the DMTF Redfish® data model and API. This exciting new initiative introduces the HPE Open Distributed Infrastructure Management Resource Aggregator and enables management automation across multivendor deployments.
