"The discontinuity we see is in our service provider customers continuing to evolve their service mix to their customers and offering more and more services and being more and more focused on being that broadband service provider of the future," Russo replied.
"Most, if not all, of our customers have come to the conclusion that their strategic direction is to become the best broadband service provider they can to their customers, and if they do that, they win.
"That's a whole shift in, not only their technology, but in their business model," Russo says.
