The vendor is already involved with the City of Amsterdam's fiber rollout. (See Amsterdam Gets Active With FTTH.)
Now it says it's involved in the biggest fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) project in the Netherlands, where up to 200,000 homes could be hooked up with their own dedicated fiber by the marvelously named Reggefiber. (See Reggefiber Uses Cisco for FTTH .)
No tulips were hurt during the signing of the contract.
Europe, and France in particular, is awash with fiber access developments.
