Massimo Cristofori resigns as CFO; Tiscali announces new organizational structure

CAGLIARI, Italy -- Tiscali communicates that, after over eight years of fruitful cooperation, Massimo Cristofori,Group CFO, will leave the Company to pursue another career.Cristofori, who will remain Board Member of Tiscali S.p.A , has accompanied the Companysince the first years in its evolution from the start-up phase, managing the team who has alsofollowed the transactions which have led to the current structure of the Group.

Mario Rosso, Chairman and CEO of Tiscali S.p.A, wishes to thank Massimo Cristofori, onbehalf of the whole Group, for the important and valuable contribution during these years andwishes him to successfully continue his career.

The new organisational structure of Tiscali foresees that the following managers within theFinance area now report directly to Mario Rosso, Group CEO: Ernesto Fara (Head ofAdministration and Treasury), Romano Fischetti (Head of Planning, Reporting and Control, tobecome manager in charge of the preparation of financial statements), Antonio Corda (Head ofLegal and Corporate Affairs) and Chiara Dorigotti (Head of Investor Relations andCommunication). Luca Scano will become CFO of Tiscali Italia.
