Consolidated Communications, a leading fiber and business solutions provider, recently announced Al Maitino joined the Company as senior vice president of Commercial Sales, and Chris McGregor joined as vice president of the Consumer Call Center.
Maitino will lead all commercial sales teams and focus on driving revenue growth as the company continues its transformative fiber expansion throughout its 20-plus state service area. Prior to his current role, Maitino served in senior sales leadership roles at Lightpath Fiber Networks and Lightower/Crown Castle Fiber, EMC (now Dell EMC) and One Communications (formerly Conversent Communications).
Leading cross functional teams, including consumer call centers, technical support and assignments, McGregor will work to improve the customers' experience every step of the way as the Company further expands its Fidium fiber services. Prior to joining Consolidated, McGregor served in senior customer service roles at Charter Communications, and WOW! Internet, Cable & Phone.
