And we aren't talking cobblers
5:20 PM -- Yep, "BlackBerry Thumb" has been recognized this week as a real condition by the the American Physical Therapy Association. The repetitive-strain condition is apparently caused by checking or composing too many emails on your ever-present wireless device.
Although if you're anything like me you'll probably have trouble pinpointing what exactly is causing your RSI in the first place, since I -- like many others -- undertake so many repetitive activities during the day. For me, BlackBerry Thumb is just the latest version of Text Message Finger or WAP elbow.
Anyway, I have just received a new BlackBerry Pearl to test, so I'll be sure to let you know if it puts my thumb out of joint.
