Band-X Scottish IP service, Telecoms Trading Exchange, launches with first customer, Glasgow-based hosting specialist EQSN

LONDON -- Band-X, the bandwidth exchange, today announced that the Telecoms Trading Exchange (TTE), its IP transit trading platform in Scotland, has gone live ahead of schedule and secured its first customer. Today's launch immediately increases supplier choice and lowers wholesale prices available in the region.Glasgow-based hosting specialist EQSN is the exchange's first customer. It will buy IP transit from the TTE to provide its customers with additional resilient, high-quality connectivity to the Internet.
