MediaBistro reveals that it was Rep. Randy Neugebauer (R-Texas), who shouted "Baby Killer" at Rep. Bart Stupak (D-Mich.) as the House was passing healthcare reform. (Actually The Washington Post broke the story, but I'm not a subscriber, so we'll go second-hand.)
Meanwhile the CIA World Factbook ranks the USA 46th in the world in infant mortality rates, just behind Cuba and laps behind those Stalinist hell-holes Canada, France, and the UK.
Next up: "Granny Killer" (or have we been there?). The CIA ranks the US 49th in life expectancy.
