Mr. Kay will be taking over as CEO for Company Founder, Dr. Dale Flanders. Dr. Flanders will become the Chief Technology Officer; he retains his role as Chairman of the Board of Directors.Prior to joining AXSUN, Kay was the President and Chief Executive Officer at Hotline Communications, Ltd., a Canadian Internet start-up Company. Prior to joining Hotline, Kay was the President and CEO of Phoenix Technologies (NASDAQ: PTEC) – where he grew company revenues from $24 million to over $100 million and market capitalization from $64MM to $500MM. Prior to Phoenix, Mr. Kay held senior management positions at Banyan Systems and Convergent Technologies.
