He has been an analyst with the Economist Intelligence Unit and Omdia, an operational improvement consultant with AT&T in Indonesia, and has worked on telecoms engagements in over a dozen Asian markets, including China, Bangladesh and Vietnam,  He is a contributing editor to the MIT Technology Review Insights program and to the Robin Report.
