Addition of Brian J. Thompson comes on the heels of $25 million in second-round funding

DENVER -- Astracon Inc., the leading provider of Connectivity Intelligence OSS software for communications service providers, announced it has named Brian J. Thompson as chief financial officer. Thompson will report to Rob Cook, founder, president and chief executive officer of Astracon, and will serve as a member of the company's executive management team. Thompson will be responsible for all financial and accounting aspects of Astracon - both domestic and international.
