9:10 AM -- India's planned auction of 3G spectrum is likely to be delayed yet again, with the latest proposed date of Jan. 14 now likely to be pushed back into February, reports The Economic Times.

The report suggests the auction will be delayed by a few weeks, but there have now been so many delays it's hard to believe the process will be completed until India's mobile operators have their licenses, for which they have been waiting years.
