Anystream, Voxant Rebrand

5:15 PM -- Today on Contentinople:

  • Merged companies Anystream and Voxant Media have become Grab Networks, a company that will "provide an end-to-end platform for extracting, managing, and distributing online video."

  • TubeMogul bought Illumenix, a Flash analytics firm, and plans to target both video publishers and video-sharing sites for the service.

  • VBrick closed an $11.9 million financing round, led by Menlo Ventures, Morgan Stanley, RedShift Ventures, and Adams Capital Management in September. But the startup is still feeling cautious in the troubled economy.

And in today's News Bits, Nielsen rates online destinations for moviegoers, with MySpace taking the lead.
