SUNNYVALE, Calif. -- ANDA Networks, a leader in carrier-class solutions for fiber- and copper-based access networks, today announced that China Network Communications (CNC, formerly China Netcom), China UniCom and China Telecom are deploying ANDA EtherTone solutions to deliver broadband and voice services to their customers. With a proliferation of deployments throughout the country, ANDA solutions are now being installed in all major carrier networks in China for services across multiple provinces.

Through its strong partnership with Snow City, a leading network solutions provider in China, over 100 of ANDA's ER3300 systems have been shipped and are in the process of being qualified at carrier sites across three major Chinese provinces including He Bei, He Nan and Jiang Su. The penetration of the company's solutions in the Chinese market further solidifies ANDA's presence in China, supported by the company's facility in Wuhan with a staff of 60 professionals.

"We chose ANDA EtherTone products due to the flexibility and rich layer-2 feature set they afford us, and ANDA's ability to provide local support and upgrades in a very short time frame," said Zhao Yuming, Vice President of Hebei Branch at CNC. "Now we enable new levels of cost-effective service to our customers." China Netcom is a facilities-based broadband telecommunications operator in China providing Internet broadband access and integrated telecom services to residential and corporate customers.
