HOLMDEL/MANASQUAN, N.J. -- Amedia Networks, Inc. (OTCBB: AANI), a provider of Ethernet ultra-broadband solutions for the Triple Play Access market , and LightSpeed Technologies, Inc., a Systems Integrator of end-to-end optical networking solutions, announced today that they have entered into an agreement to include Amedia's QoStream products as a part of LightSpeed's overall value proposition.

LightSpeed's customers include service providers, utilities, financial institutions, and transportation firms, as well as other enterprise customers across the United States and Europe. LightSpeed specializes in providing next-generation optical-networking solutions that address the ever-growing need for bandwidth.

"Amedia's Ethernet access solution and ESON technology provide an excellent platform for delivering triple play services to homes, businesses and MDUs (Multiple Dwelling Units)," commented John Brannon, CEO of LightSpeed. "We are confident that the 100 Mbps that Amedia's QoStream products deliver will be the defacto standard for offering a competitive 'non-blocking' IP video solution for the HDTV-crazed consumer market."

Under the agreement, LightSpeed will provide marketing, sales, systems integration and professional services to meet the expanding market of homes served by Fiber-to-the-Premises (FTTP) systems, a market that doubled in 2004.
