América Móvil acquires mobile operator Oceanic Digital Jamaica

MEXICO CITY -- América Móvil, S.A.B. de C.V. (“AMX”)(BMV: AMX; NYSE: AMX; Nasdaq: AMOV; LATIBEX: XAMXL) today announced thatit has acquired 100% of the shares of capital stock of Oceanic Digital Jamaica Limited(“Oceanic”).

Oceanic provides wireless and value added services throughout Jamaica.
