Airespace Services IBM

Wireless LAN switch startup Airespace Inc. has signed another big-ticket partnership deal, this time with IBM Global Services.

Big Blue's services arm will add Airespace product to its portfolio, a spokesperson for the startup confirmed late on Thursday. It's not yet clear what Airespace gear IBM will be using, but there is some suggestion that the company will tap Airespace for its wireless location capabilities.

More details on this as they emerge.

Airepace already has OEM deals in place with names like Alcatel SA (NYSE: ALA; Paris: CGEP:PA), NEC Electronics Corp., and Nortel Networks Ltd. (NYSE/Toronto: NT).

re: Airespace Services IBM Seems to me only Airespace and possibly Aruba Networks will stay to be acquired by Cisco or other big boys.

Can anybody inform us when will Vivato disappear into dark sea? probably it's time by end of this year. The VC guys should stop the water leaking there and sold the rest of them for clearance than wait longer.

Interesting too as I had thought that Aruba Networks
had a deal locked up with IBM. Maybe another division
of IBM, or maybe not?

re: Airespace Services IBM Is it true that Vivato is doing another round of layoffs? I heard that the VP of North American Sales Mark Tyre resigned. Does anybody know anything about Vivato sales?

re: Airespace Services IBM You could always ask Mark Tyre <mtyre71-at-hotmail.com>

I'm sure he has some kind words for the current Vivato management skills.

As for layoffs, there are always more layoffs on the agenda at a company like Vivato.</mtyre71-at-hotmail.com>

re: Airespace Services IBM I represent for all the upset investors & customers who have wasted their capitals plus other precious resources on this F**KED dreamers company!!!

Vivato is no longer the talk of the town or the golden kid of WiFi revolution. For those people who still thinks that way, it's time to get out and smell the roses before you've become rotten inside the Spokane town. It's time to move on and do EVOLUTIONARY real-work, not revolutionary.

GOT IT!!!, rothchild?
