Previously, Mr. Kulbacki was a Director for Business Development for Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) and I-NET where he played a major role in winning over $1.6 billion in 11 major Federal Government contracts and awards. Mr. Kulbacki is a retired senior level Army officer whose career has included key high level command, leadership and staff assignments within the Army, the Joint Staff, and the Department of Defense Agencies. This includes the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) where he directed the planning, programming, and operations of a worldwide network providing voice, data, satellites, and video services.
