At MTN Group, he has led large-scale transformation programs that have created new revenue streams, enhanced customer experiences, and improved operational efficiency. Notably, he has been instrumental in transitioning MTN Group's tech strategy from a 'digital operator to a techco', realizing the company's PlatformCo business ambitions.
Purushottaman's recent achievements include spearheading MTN Group's AI/GenAI strategy and execution. He led the implementation of a GenAI-based customer experience chatbot and employee chatbot for Tier 1 operations, in partnership with Microsoft.
