5G SA network and service operation requires real-time responsiveness and adaptability underpinned by advanced analytics coupled with AI and instantaneous automated reactions. These new technologies are critical to operating emerging 5G SA services such as network slicing, network APIs and distributed edge throughout the lifecycle. They can also offer holistic insights and analysis across multiple domains, e.g., CRM, order management, network operations, billing, etc., to enhance customer experience and drive growth.

This webinar presents the key findings and analysis from the Heavy Reading 5G Network AIOps survey conducted in June and July 2024.

Among the potential topics to be covered:

  • Adoption challenges, strategies and network deployment priorities

  • Which AI and generative AI processes have the highest impact

  • Billing and call center analytics and automation

  • Navigating standards, frameworks and regulations in AIOps
