AFC appoints Frank Ianna, retired president of AT&T Network Services, to its board of directors

PETALUMA, Calif. -- AFC® (Nasdaq: AFCI), The Acronym for AccessSM, today announced the appointment of Frank Ianna, 54, to its board of directors. Ianna, retired president of AT&T Network Services, was elected to AFC’s board effective February 25, 2004. The election brings the number of AFC board members to seven.

“We are very pleased to bring Frank’s broad range of expertise in sales, marketing, and network management in the telecommunications industry to the board,” commented John Schofield, chairman, president and CEO of AFC. “Frank will be a tremendous asset, and we will leverage his vast experience as we move the Company forward.”

In 1971, Ianna received a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology. He also holds a Master of Science degree in electrical engineering from MIT.
