FREMONT, Calif. -- Actelis Networks®, a leading supplier of solutions that enable carrier-grade broadband services over copper plant, today announced that Rich Yonker has joined the organization as the Chief Financial Officer. In this role, Yonker will be responsible for all accounting, financial reporting and investor relations initiatives.

Yonker joins Actelis with more than 30 years experience in both start up and large technology organizations. In his most recent role, Yonker served as the Chief Financial Officer for Bermai, a wireless technology company. Prior to Bermai, Yonker served as the Chief Financial Officer for Gluon Networks, a next generation switching and access system vendor. Yonker has also held executive financial management positions with Agility Communications and MMC Networks, where he was instrumental in the sale of the company to Applied Micro Circuits (AMCC) for more than $4 billion. He has also held senior management positions with Intesys Technologies, Computron Software, Asyst Technologies, The ASK Group, Digital Equipment Corp., Intel, Mobil, and General Motors. He holds a master's degree in Management (Finance) from MIT, and a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from General Motors Institute.
