HERNDON, Va. -- ACSI Network Technologies, Inc. ("ACSI NT"), a subsidiary of e.spire(R) Communications, Inc. (OTC Pinksheets: ESPIQ) and a leading provider of metropolitan area optical fiber networks and strategic network design services, has signed a contract with Mississippi-based Telepak Networks, Inc. to provide dark fiber in Mississippi and Louisiana. Under terms of the agreement, ACSI NT will provide Telepak Networks with a total of 35 miles of dark fiber along sections of its network in Jackson, MS and Baton Rouge and New Orleans, LA for an undisclosed amount. Telepak Networks is an integrated broadband service provider specializing in data networking and telecommunications service solutions for businesses, communications carriers, and consumers throughout Alabama, Tennessee, Florida, Mississippi, and Louisiana.
