We present near-infrared (nIR) and optical observations of the afterglow of GRB 030115. Discovered in an infrared search at Kitt Peak 5 hours after the burst trigger, this afterglow is amongst the faintest observed in the R-band at an early epoch, and exhibits very red colors,

Agree with you.

100G is an excellent way to reduce the incremental CAPEX. Technologies like 100G coherent can increase available capacity by ten-fold with no change in design. Perfect for networks designed for say, only 40 channels.

Look for nx10G muxponders being predominant for 100G for a very long time on the public network side
